Recreational Rowing: Monthly Programs

Our recreational rowing program is intended to further introduce newer rowers to the sport. Through coached sessions, rowers will continue to develop proper technique, build stamina and strength. Select from either one practice a week or two practices a week based on your interest and availability.

Competitive Rowing: Beginners Welcome

Beginners are also welcome to join our competitive teams. There are no tryouts to join. Our competitive teams offer the chance to compete throughout the country at a variety of regattas, primarily in the spring and fall. Athletes will continue to build strength, stamina and speed through a variety of land and water training sessions.
